Terms & Conditions – Kipmi

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Kipmi (“we”, “our”, “the service”). By accessing or using Kipmi, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the service immediately.

1. Service Overview

Kipmi provides a temporary file-sharing system where users can upload files, receive a unique code, and download them within a chosen expiry period. After expiry, files are automatically deleted from our Cloudflare R2 storage.

2. User Responsibilities

By using Kipmi, you agree that you will NOT:

You are entirely responsible for the content you upload. Kipmi cannot be held responsible for any misuse of the service by users.

3. File Storage & Expiry

All uploaded files are stored temporarily. When the selected expiry time ends, the file and all metadata are permanently deleted from our storage. This process is irreversible.

Kipmi does not provide backups or recovery. Once a file expires or is deleted, it cannot be restored.

4. No Accounts, No Tracking

Kipmi does not require an account, login, or profile. We do not track personal identity information during normal use. However, basic logs may be retained for security and abuse prevention.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You must comply with all applicable laws when using Kipmi. Any attempt to use the service for illegal or harmful activities may result in blocked access and reporting to relevant authorities if required.

6. Limitation of Liability

Kipmi is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for data loss, downtime, service interruptions, or indirect damages. Users rely on the service at their own risk.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
